Job Title: Intern, Leadership Development
Location: Remote
Job Type: Internship (Unpaid)
Duration: 3-6 months (flexible, with potential for extension)
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leadership Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leadership development, program coordination, and business operations within a dynamic and impactful organization. The intern will work closely with our team to support various initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of The Greater You Leadership Series.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of leadership development programs, workshops, and webinars.

Conduct research on leadership trends, best practices, and potential partnership opportunities.

Support the development and maintenance of digital learning resources, including e-books and online courses.

Help manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote our programs and services.

Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new clients and participants.

Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with clients and partners.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement and business development.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in leadership development, education, and business consulting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
